Several operations necessary for shutdown of diesel generator set

After the diesel generator is shut down, it is necessary to do the following:

Check whether the unit has \"three leaks\" phenomenon (lubricating oil, fuel oil, coolant);

Close the fuel valve;

Turn off the air inlet and exhaust facilities in the computer room (if necessary);

Close the generator output MCB;

Turn off the power key switch of the control panel, take out the key, and keep it properly (if necessary);

When shutting down for a long time or performing maintenance of the diesel generator set, the negative cable of the starting battery of the generator set must be removed, and the fuel and coolant should be drained if necessary.

For self-starting units, some of the above terms are not suitable. The work after the self-starting unit is stopped is to keep it in the state before starting (standby state) in order to prepare for emergency startup.
